New High-Flow Medical Check Valves

TWG is excited to announce the introduction of a new line of high-flow check valves into our range. With the option of straight or barbed fittings, flexible tubing can either be stretched over the barb or bonded on the inside or outside diameter. There are also adjustable pressure relief options to guarantee unidirectional high fluid flow in the open position.
Material options include medical-grade acrylic multipolymer, radiation stable polycarbonate, and silicone which allow the valves to undergo ethylene or radiation sterilisation methods.
The valve design allows for opening at low pressure while maintaining an unobstructed flow path. Designed to deliver superior performance to the medical market, each valve is tested to prevent backflow even under minimal back pressure
